2025-2026 Ballet Arts Schedule:
  • Thursday, August 28th, 3:00-6:00 pm: Ballet shoes, skirts, leotards, and tights for sale at the ballet studio. Please acquire clothing before classes start.
  • September 2nd-5th: Classes begin (No classes held on Labor Day)
  • Harvest Break: We DO hold class during harvest break.
  • The week of Halloween: Costumes are worn to class
  • Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28, 4 No class held
  • Nutcracker, December 4-6th: Students will rehearse and prepare for The Nutcracker as part of their weekly class. A $10 costume rental fee will be charged in November.
  • December 16: The in-class Christmas lecture demonstration—for Pre Ballet only, 
  • December 22-January 2: Christmas break 
  • May 2, 2026: Ballet Arts will perform 12 Dancing Princesses. A costume is required. Your costume fee is due in December because we must pay for the costumes when we order them the first week in January. Watch for a statement.
  • We do hold classes on teacher in-service days, Human Rights Day, President’s Day, Harvest Break, Spring Break, and school closures due to bad weather.
